Are you new to tennis? or you haven’t played since school days, this program will get you playing fast. Using the game based approach to coaching and modified tennis balls, you will quickly learn the basic skills to be able to serve, rally and score.
Intermediate
2.0
This program is designed for players who have participated in at least 2 Tennis Xpress 1.0 sessions or who have a good understanding of the basic skills. In this program you will transition to the regular ball and prepare you for the doubles intermediate program.
