Cardio Tennis

What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis combines the best features of the sport of tennis. You will get a full body, calorie burning aerobic workout hitting tons of balls, playing games, and doing some basic footwork and body exercises.
It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.
Cardio Beginner
1.0 - 2.5
You definitely do not need any tennis experience for this class. It is a fun way to get familiar with basic footwork patterns for tennis and hit tons of balls. Moving to the beat of music playing, and players laughing, makes this program a fun way to get exercise and learn to play tennis.
Cardio Intermediate Plus
3.0 Plus
Are you tired of running on a treadmill, have a tight schedule, or want to meet new tennis friends? This Cario class covers it all. You will improve your tennis game and stay in shape at the same time.
