What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis combines the best features of the sport of tennis. You will get a full body, calorie burning aerobic workout hitting tons of balls, playing games, and doing some basic footwork and body exercises.
It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.
Cardio Beginner
1.0 - 2.5
You don’t need any tennis experience whatsoever for this class. It’s an enjoyable introduction to fundamental tennis footwork patterns while hitting countless balls in a relaxed setting. With upbeat music driving the rhythm and players sharing plenty of laughs, this program transforms exercise into pure fun while naturally teaching you the basics of tennis along the way.
Cardio Intermediate Plus
3.0 Plus
Are you tired of monotonous treadmill sessions, struggling with a packed schedule, or looking to connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts? This Cardio Tennis class addresses all these needs. You’ll enhance your tennis skills while maintaining your fitness, accomplishing two goals in one dynamic session.
