Important Registration Guidelines
Device Usage
- Use only one device during registration to avoid losing items from your shopping cart
Program Reservation
- Once a program is added to your cart, that spot is temporarily reserved for you and unavailable to other users
Payment Requirements
- Critical: You must complete payment on the same day you register
- Failure to pay for your programs by the end of registration day will result in automatic deletion of your registration from the server
- This applies to both single sessions and multiple session programs
Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth registration process and secure your spot in your desired programs.
SKILL LEVEL ASSESSMENT (SLA)
Skill level assessment do not determine your playing level but rather ensure players in all our programs have compatible skills to be able to drill & play together.
If you have not participated in one of our programs before, to be eligible to register for any program 2.5 Level and above, a skill level assessment is required. These are free, take about 15 minutes to complete, and can be booked by calling the center at 457.2382. One of our professional coaching staff will be doing the assessment. These assessments ensure players in our programs have compatible skill levels to practice / learn with each other. Players who register in programs without the appropriate assessment level will be withdrawn.
