• Withdrawals from programs must be made by phone (506.457.2382) 
• For a full refund, withdrawals must be made more than 7 days before the first day of the program. 
• Withdrawals made less than 7 days or after the first lessons a refund will be given minus one lesson, unless the spot is filled before the first lesson.
• No refunds for programs after the second lessons.

You will receive a credit in the following instances:

• If the Coach cancels a lesson for ANY given reason​

 
You will receive a credit OR refund in the following instance:

• If a player withdraws completely from a program due to an injury, the remaining will be refunded or credited.

​​NO CREDIT or REFUND will be processed if a class is missed due to personal reasons.
