Abony Family Tennis Centre is committed to providing a safe, secure, and high-quality environment for all players, guests, and staff. As part of this commitment, video surveillance is in operation in designated areas throughout the facility.

Our surveillance system records video only; no audio is captured at any time. The primary purpose of this video monitoring is to ensure the safety and security of everyone on the premises, protect property, and enhance the overall player experience.

Surveillance also supports programming, tournament operations, and player development activities.

All footage is managed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and is never shared publicly without consent. Signage has been posted in all areas where video surveillance is active, so individuals are clearly informed when they are entering a monitored space.

How The Footage May Be Used

• To provide players with access to video analysis of their performance.
• To display live court feeds (Court 3-6) in the viewing area during Tennis New Brunswick, and other events.
• To offer players the opportunity to purchase recordings of their matches.
