ADULT summer EVENING RECREATION PROGRAMS
We are encouraging everyone to be active this summer, so we have designed our summer evening recreation program so that the whole family can participate in classes at the same time.
All classes will run on Tuesday and or Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm for July and August. For the juniors during this hour we will be offering Red Ball (6-8yrs), Orange Ball (9-11yrs), and Green Ball (11 plus yrs) and for the adults our popular starter adult, “Tennis Xpress” and our Cardio tennis class.
We provide all the equipment.
PLEASE NOTE:
Classes are run for 4 weeks in July and 4 weeks in August
Registration is for all 4 Tuesdays or all 4 Wednesdays in either July or August
Please note that we need a minimum of 4 participants to run the session
TENNIS XPRESS
This program is designed for starter adults or teenagers wanting to learn how to serve, rally and score. Slower balls are used to make learning fun and easy. We provide all equipment. Come prepared to have fun and lots of laughs.
Registration is for 4 Tuesdays or 4 Wednesdays in either July or August. Classes are limited to 6 participant
CARDIO tennis
Cardio Tennis: Fitness Meets Fun on the Court
Cardio Tennis offers the perfect blend of tennis skill-building and cardiovascular exercise. This innovative workout provides participants with an exciting opportunity to improve their tennis technique while getting an excellent full-body workout.
What to Expect
Each session follows an engaging format:
- A dynamic warm-up to prepare your body
- Coach-led cardio drills that combine tennis skills with high-energy exercises
- Intense ball-hitting sequences that keep your heart rate up
- Competitive point play to maintain excitement and challenge
Class Details
- Schedule: 4 consecutive Tuesday or Wednesday evenings
- Group Size: Minimum 4 players, maximum 8 players
- Focus: Improve tennis skills while burning calories
