Anna Healy is an Executive Performance Coach, a Professional Mountain Bike Instructor as well as a Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning Coach. Her passion lies with inspiring youth to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. She has 25 plus years of experience with endurance sports at the national and international level; long track speed skating, mountain biking, and cross country skiing. As a semi-pro mountain bike racer, she had the opportunity to travel and race around the world and cultivate the mindset of high performance through resilience, determination, successes, and failures.
Her love for the sport of mountain biking has continued to grow, shifting now to sharing her knowledge and experience with the next generation. Mountain biking is a sport of agility, stamina, finesse and skill where riders also develop an appreciation for nature and the environment they bike in. She has extensive experience teaching youth sport and loves to nerd-out about breaking down skills to enhance the outcome of a sport. Anna believes strongly in a multi-sport approach to empower youth through movement!
