Tennis Xpress and Advanced Tennis Xpress

The aim of this program is to help starter players serve, rally, and score quickly and to ensure by the end of the session they know the basic techniques, tactics, and rules of the game. Using slower balls makes learning easy and fun as players progress to a green dot or regular ball. This course is designed for beginner players or players returning to tennis after a long absence.

Starter players are those who:

  • Are beginners to tennis ( i.e. have never played tennis before) or
  • Have received basic coaching but have never played the game outside of a coaching environment, or players returning to tennis after a long absence
