Performance Academy

Junior & Senior Performance Academy

Committed to training to compete provincially and nationally, players in the Performance Academy develop their technical, physical and psychological skills to be able to better execute tactical decisions to take their game to the next level. A yearly plan is designed for the performance players to help them with periodization to maximize performance to coincide with important competitions.

Junior Performance Academy is for players competing in sanctioned U12 events work on advanced technical development, understanding the 5 game situations, and learning to prepare and compete for competitions.

Senior Performance Academy is geared towards U14 - U18 players focus on decision making and shot selection to help make better tactical decisions. The importance of training to compete will be the main theme in developing and building confidence to be better competitors. A strong emphasis will be on a holistic approach which will include, tactical, technical, psychological and physical training.

This program& includes mandatory fitness on Wednesday evening and match-play with charting and video analysis on Saturday / Sunday which is included in the program fee.

    Saturday and Sunday - 9:00am - 4:00pm

    If no courts are booked, we may close early.
