Our most popular and signature program is what the AFTC is all about — health, fun, and fitness. Players can burn between 500-1000 calories in one class and if you wear a pedometer (provided), do an average of 7000-9000 steps in a 1 hour cardio class. WOW! Players work at their own pace and there is no pressure to compete. These classes are for any level of player, even if you have never played before.
